Please post exact message. There are many reasons a server won't start. Security, corrupted master, model or TempDb databases, someone changing configurations.

What has happened since it was last started? SP application? OS upgrade? Servername change (not usually an issue).

Granular recovery for Microsoft Exchange

With Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange you can choose the Exchange Servers and restore points you’re interested in, and Veeam Explorer will present the contents of those mailbox stores for browsing, searching and exporting.

nothing that I know of, but here ar ethe messages I am getting

The system failed to register host (A) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
with settings:

   Adapter Name : {EA40B4D0-95A5-4573-A5C6-4AA2BEA5FD8A}
   Host Name : p01erinetweb
   Primary Domain Suffix : pcbancorp.com
   DNS server list :
           10.210.6.125, 10.210.7.125
   Sent update to server : 10.210.6.125
   IP Address(es) :
     10.210.24.129

 The reason the system could not register these RRs was because of a security related problem. The cause of this could be (a) your computer does not have permissions to register and update the specific DNS domain name set for this adapter, or (b) there might have been a problem negotiating valid credentials with the DNS server during the processing of the update request.

 You can manually retry DNS registration of the network adapter and its settings by typing "ipconfig /registerdns" at the command prompt. If problems still persist, contact your DNS server or network systems administrator. For specific error code, see the record data displayed below.

Something ugly has happened. It looks like it is security. First issue is related to the server. You're server is not seeing the domain controller. So you aren't able to You need to get this solved first. Then you need to check your permissions on the SQL Server and verify the files are where they are supposed to be and the folders where the files are have the proper security.

-- Change the startup account to LOCAL SYSTEM and see if it helps.
-- When u attempt to start the SQL -- does it fails immediately or after some time... Chek the SQL error logs. .. are they getting generated.. if yes..any error messages there. If no.. Chek if u have SQLSERVR.EXE in the binn folder.
-- Chek in te data folder .. do u have all the master databases mdf and ldf files.
-- You can also try starting SQL from cmd prompt.
