Intellisync Does Not Display The Correct Outlook Calendar When Configuring PIM

Appreciate any help on the following ( As an added bonus - You will save my marriage! ):

My wife has a BB 7100i, Desktop Manager, and Outlook 2003. It seems as though Intellisync does not display the correct Calendar folder and we are resticted to the files we can browse. From within Intellisync I select:

1. Configure PIM button
2. Check Calendar
3. Select Choose button
4. Select MS Outlook from Available Applications
5. Select Synchronize radio button
6. Select Browse (for folder name)

This seems to be where the the problem begins....the folders available don't seem to have the data we are looking for. In other words, the Calendar file I select has 834 very old records in it (I can tell by looking at the log). When I select the Calendar file (even though it contains old data), select OK, and then select Synchronize Now. The log indicates 834 records processed properly and I can locate them on BB. So I think we just need to get the right Calendar file -- which I think I located within c:\documents and settings\{userid}\my documents\Outlook PST files\{userid}.pst into the Intellisync configuration. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

I would search for all the PST files on your machine, using your Wife's login. Sometimes the pST files only show up for the correct user ( security ).

One of them will work. and worst case create a new suer and copy the pst file over or import it int outlook again.

    I hope this helps !

Just to clarify - even loggging in with my wife's ID, I cannot browse to any .pst file I choose. In other words, Intellisync limits the options of the files I can choose. Is there a way to browse to the correct .PST file? How do I tell Inetllisync to browse to other folders?

I would first check the intellisync options. You should be able to choose a different user.

If not, do it the other way around.

backup the PSt File that you can reach, and instead, put the PST file that you want to import in that directory instead.
