Accessing live results from taskmgr.exe

I would like to access live results from taskmgr.exe and depending on CPU usage initiate processes.

    Accepted Solution

    An undocumented API, NtQuerySystemInformation in ntdll.dll, would help us retrieve the CPU usage..

    However here is an article which retrieves CPU usage by using performance counters..
