I have installed Fedora Core 5 and now am going to buy a wireless card to work with it. Is there wireless card, and if so which one, that will just work out of the box ?

I don't want anthing that I will have to go on to the internet to download drivers or Ndiswrapper as I don't have an internet connection on the Linux box (until I install the wireless card). I just need a card that I can plug in and reboot (at the worst case re-install Linux) and it will autodetect and run. My distrution CD's do have the NetworkManager program so I can use that.

Look for cards based on the prism2 chip, these are probably the cards that work best on linux.

Thanks for your comment, but given I'm going to go out and buy a card especially I would like a bit more of a guarantee than "probably workds best" . Does this card, or any other just plug and play with Fedora ?

Check the following link,

those cards that are green work, and mainly those which are green and link to http://www.linux-wlan.org/ work easiest.
