Adding multiple users in exchange 2003 that use one pop3 email address
How do i add 2 or 3 users with difffrent user names to 1 pop3 email adddress?
Greetings dgscott,
I'm afraid this can't be done, unless you mean multiple email for one user
Good Luck!

when i go into Active Directory..
right click on the user(s), choose PROPERTIES, click the EMAIL ADDRESS tab, then ADD the pop3 address
it says that the email address is already in use.

ok maby i didnt explain it properly. ok... I have windows 2003 small business server with exchange installed. I have two computers on my network one desktop and one a laptop. What i want to do is that i want to set a user name up for my desktop computer and another user name for my laptop. But i want to be able to connnect to my isps email through the exchange so when mail comes through i can login to etheir user and access my emails. does this make any sence?
Where exchange is concerned, you can have a distribution list and add separate accounts to it. So an email sent to A will get to A1 and A2. However you cannot have exchange query and download your isp's emails. This you need to do from within outlook. If you configure outlook for exchange, the server email contents can be replicated on both pc's. Does your isp's email support pop only?

im not sure
Can you check? Have you created two email accounts on your exchange, one for the pc and the other for the laptop?

i have setup an email account on the pc and not the laptop because when i try to use the same pop3 address it says on the exchange server that this address in use. Does this make any sence? Its hard to explane.
