SQL Agent Server roles

I need a user to be able to operate agents on our MS SQL Server 2005. I read help and found out that i simply need to add the user to SQLAgentOperatorRole. However, i do not have any of the SQL Agent roles:

SQLAgentUserRole
SQLAgentReaderRole
SQLAgentOperatorRole

I, as sysadmin, can see the agents but cannot add a user to the appropriate role - i simply do not have those roles. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks!

Did not pay attention at the "only available in msdb" part of the document.

Hi softools,
These roles are only in MSDB database.
So you for any user in the security go to user mapping click on msdb database and then assign these roles to the user.
