You cannot run the firewall with 1 nic you need 2 nic's

Make sure all the IP's on the web sites in iis are set to default (Let me know if you need a better description of how to do this.)

Thanks, I'm sort of with you. The ip addresses were unasigned. I had the option of setting them to the same as server (10.0.0.3) but this has made no difference. I cannot log into anything to do with company web from server managment, internl web site. c:\inetpub\wwwroot is the default path..
Thanks
Again

I also cannot connect through rww to server reports. I can rww into the server ok. The error message above  c:\inetpub\companyweb\bin\fpexedll.dll failed to load is the same. when I search for the bin\fpexedll.dll (to check permissions) it's not there??
I realise I may have to re-instal IIS, I am OK with this BUT does anybody know if NOD32 anti virus is dependant on it I would rather avoid that!
 Any takers?

If it has no comments in the last 21 days - it is abandoned.
And asking in the question it to be removed does not mean you had asked it to be removed. Here is the proper procedure:
