Blackberry only displays today's email only
I have a someone who has a Blackberry 7750.
Getting his email through a BES server.
Checked His Blackberry Desktop Manager.
Didn't find anything that might cause this.
No filters.
Tried pulling the battery out and putting it back in.
Is there a setting on the blackberry it self that might cause this?
If so what is it?
Or is there another setting that might cause this?

Did this just happen today? Is it possible that he did a delete prior on yesterday's date and wiped all of his messages? Or if he was just setup today on the BES then it will only start the redirecting of messages from the point that he was installed on the BES.

It's been happening for about past month.
Checked his exchange account and his emails are still there.
I asked about the delete prior and he indicated he did not do it.

From the inbox on the BlackBerry you can click the trackwheel and go down to Options and see how long it says to keep messages. Also check to see what the Hide Filed Messages is set to. If it says Yes change it to No.

I'll check that but hekeeps all his email in his inbox.
He also just told me that his blackberry is out of memory.

Found out it was the Folder redirection setting the Blackberry Desktop Manager.
