error 756

I have an application that is using Crystal XI to generate reports.  The application connects to the MS SQL Server fine and doesn't have any issues, but when trying to access reports, we get an error 756 that says failed to open connection.  What does a 756 error mean??

THANX!

Erro 756 is not a Crystal error.  Check your database driver.

How are the report connected to the database?

Can you display reports from the designer?

I think we found the problem.  It was not a crystal problem.

Out of curiosity, what do you think the problem was?

It was a password issue on the SQL server.  They had the password mistyped.  The odd part is the rest of the app seemed to work fine, but not the reports.
