Exhange with SBS with pop3 connector with blackberry

THIS IS WORTH 500 POINTS. Doesn't seem to  be hard but very complicated.

I have a client who has Small Buiness Server 2003 with Exchange setup. Now they also have pop accounts. I have setup exchange with a pop connector because there old IT support had configured this for them before. The pop connector grabs all the mail from each users pop account and then forwards to the corresponding exchange account.

The delima we are having now is that everyone has a blackberry. They can receive outside email no problem, but their blackberrys cannot receive any emails internally. (within their domain)

Now the reason for this would make sense. When sending to each other within exchange it does not need to leave the server, which means the pop account never receives the email.

My questioin now is, can we somehow work around this so that they will receive emails from within their organization.

Up for any suggestions......

1. If the mail originates from Outlook,  set a second account in Outlook, besides the exchange account with an external smtp connector, as default account.  So even internal mails get through the POP account first.
2. A set a server side rule to forward all internal mails,  but then you get two messages back.

The use Bell
Which Bell would you be referring to?
I have set up users with T-moble and Nextel, who both have a way to push email from an OWA account to their Blackberry account.  It was very straightforward and the instructions were on their websites.  Does your client use Enterprise server (I assume no)?
No they don't I will try your OWA hopefully sometime this week. I will let you know...Thanks...sounds familiar...Quick question. Does the setup have to be done in their domain or can it be off site? I tried from my office but didn't work....mentioned something about redirector...
You have to set up each individual's Blackberry account, but that can be done offsite.  There is the Desktop redirector option as well, which basically sends any email that hits the Outlook client on their desktop PC to their BB.  Here's the link:  http://whitepapers.zdnet.co.uk/0,39025945,60047929p-39000693q,00.htm

If that's loaded on their local machine, it will send all of their email to their BB.

Good Luck.

I tried to do it offsite. But when i do it says "Cannot integrate the email account! Please check your information and try again."

Are you attempting to use the OWA URL for connection to their corporate mailboxes?

If so, you have to make sure that you are entering the 'S' for the HTTPS://website.com/exchange.  Also, you must make sure that their name and password are right.  Some authentication requires 'domain\username' as the login.
