Have you tried Windows Defender? It might be able to pick this up for you.

I have a hijacker that spybot, ad-aware and norton cannot find. it has a little icon that is in my system tray, and it changes from a circle with a slash, to a green thing. it also has a popup window that takes me to spywarequake homepage, which is on my block list.
