How to: Doc's on creating a 2003 AD Replication on 1 DC

Can anyone direct me to a site that can explain the How To's on installing replication on AD 2003.

Scope: I have Box 1 2003 with AD on 1 DC. I have also created 2nd box VMware and installed 2003 svr.  on the same DC, I want to replicate from box 1 to box 2.

How is the best way to perform this task..

If you run DCPROMO on the VM server to join the HOST's domain as a DC then it'll be automatic.

You'll have to make sure the VM uses DNS from the HOST and that it can communicate freely with it.
