share point

i have terastation network storage device, it doesnt have disk quota or folder quota
i want to give limits to shared folders

im thinking of using microsoft share point

suppose i have a folder name "share" in the share network drive

user michal should be able to save his documents in 'share' only, not in other folders
is this possible?

Sharepoint is a great application but you don't really need it for this. Why don't you just use windows security to allow michal access to one particular folder?
Yeah Clever Bob is right, Create folder and then in the security settings of the folder add Michal profile.
