Citrix PS 4 Problem - Starting IMA Service
Hi guys!
Would love your help.
We have a Windows 2003 AD Domain with 10 Citrix Servers running PS 4.
We have just added another Citrix Server PS 4 and are having huge problems:
1) Installing it takes for ages
2) Rebooting the server fails on trying to start the IMA Service.
We have looked in the following registry key to see what it is pausing on on load.
The key we are looking at is the following:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\CITRIX\IMA\R UNTIME
The entry in here is the following:
CurrentlyLoadingPlugin: MfSrvSs.dll
We have uninstalled and reinstalled PS 4 on numerous times and still the same thing.
We have not upgraded this machine from earlier versions of Citrix. Just installed PS 4.
I cant really find anything on the net that is definitive in a fix for this.
We have tried the rollup patches and they dont work.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
