Hi everyone,

We want to dispense with users chosing their own stationary and go with a standard white background/standard font selection.

I have looked through Group Policy and cannot see where this would be possible.

Can anyone suggest how I can do this.  If in GP, please specify the exact location.

Thanks for your help.  I am sure this can be done, I just can't figure out how!

Greetings, camackay.

There is not GP for this and no way I know of to lock it down.  You could set the same stationery up on each computer, but a savvy staff member could change it.  Even if they didn't know how to switch the choice they could simply edit the stationery file and change it.

Cheers!

Thanks for that answer, but I am thinking there has to be a way to standardise the outgoing email look/feel to the way a company wants.

I'd love to hear from others who have done this.  If I don't hear from anyone then I will accept the answer above.

camackay,

If you want to lock it down for a company, then there are third-party tools available that might help with this.  Here's an example: http://www.opusflowdisclaimer.com/

Slipstick.com maintains a good list of third-party add-ins for Outlook.  There may also be tools that run at the server that will do what you want.

Thanks for your answers.  Not really what I was hoping to hear to tell you the truth.  I am really struggling to accept there is no way to dictate which stationary users use with Outlook.

Not your fault, thus I am awarding points for the clear answers given thus far.
