Implementing & Configuring Exchange Server 2003

Dear Sir,
We are in a process of implementing Exchange Server 2003 in our organization. Please suggest me some good tutorials or free material with regard to the Implemention & Configuration of Exchange Server 2003. We will be using POP 3 connector to receive our outside mails.
I would be thankful if anyone of you send me a link for free download of the complete tutorials.
