I think you should be able to change this in Outlook, if you are the folder's Owner. &nbsp;If you look at the folder properties, on the General tab, there should be an option for 'When posting to this folder, use:', and then a drop-down list of item types. &nbsp;Of course, this will only affect future posts.

I've a question on public folders. The users told me that they cannot see the cc addresses in the mail they received in a public folders. They can only see the conversation (in a normal email should be the subject), the date and where it has been stored...<br />

I found that this should be the IPM.Note format. How can I change it to IPM.Post?<br />
