Quick Response Needed!!
I have one user(VP of company) using one of my databases. When they try to respond(mailsend) to a document after they are asked if they want to save the document they get the error: Can not send mail, too many matches found in address book(s). As stated this is the only user I am aware of getting this error.
Any Ideas what is wrong?

The person is not in his local mail address book
Jaziar,
maybe to try to set "Recipient name lookup" to "Stop after first match" in his location document...
Hope this helps,
Marko

Create a memo on his machine and put that person's name in the send to, then press f9. Notes will attempt to resolve the names, and if more than one is found it will display all variations and from which address book.
If no joy above:
Then, try to create the document on his machine, but before you press the "send" button,
Press "ctrl + s" to save the document
Do, File>>Databse>>Properties and look at the values for the field "sendto"
This will tell you what name your program is trying to use as a send to name.
my guess is that the send to name is incomplete, it lists: "Mark" or "Jim" or a partial name. Maybe a logical error?

maybe he has the same person with different mail address in local address book.
Hope this helps,
