Is it possible to create win32 dll with VB.NET 2005?

Goodevening, i was wondering if it is possible to create a windows DLL (not activex) with VB.NET 2005? And if so , how? I need the .dll te be able to get called from other program's like excel and contains math functions..

    No, I don't believe that it is possible AFAIK, only COM visible DLLs.
