Microsoft Virtual PC 2004

Hi all
I was using the trial version of Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 till now.  I have a bought a license now, in virtual pc 2004 where I can put the S/N in to make it licensed?
Help plz

Bummer that you bought the license.
The server version of the product is now a free downloadable.

As is Vmware.
Could you provide a link to VMWare - I've heard that before but couldn't find it.
The free one is still in beta

I know the virtual server 2005 R2 is free but i found it difficuilt to use as I had problems with it.  One of them asking me that server could not start as I have no permissions etc.... also it is specifically for server OS while my purpose is to install XP over XP professional for some tests.
Please guide how to install virtual machines in VSR2.
