Automate Outlook to connect to Exchange

Is there any way to automate the Exchange Server settings in Outlook for new users??  For instance if I go to a brand new PC and put in the user's logon info, I open up Outlook for the first time I get a prompt to put in configuration details.  If all I need to put in is the exchange server & user name, how can I make this seamless so that the prompt will never show up?
