You can actually have a login scripts that is set so the moment you log in it automically sets up the new users outlook you don;t lift a finger. Ill get it the script and post it here tomorrow.<br />

Is there any way to automate the Exchange Server settings in Outlook for new users?? &nbsp;For instance if I go to a brand new PC and put in the user's logon info, I open up Outlook for the first time I get a prompt to put in configuration details. &nbsp;If all I need to put in is the exchange server &amp;&nbsp;user name, how can I make this seamless so that the prompt will never show up?
