Reporting and Monitoring

Hi All,
I'm trying to configure reporting and monitoring services on a SBS2003.
I can setup the performance monitoring with out any problems, but as soon as I try to configure the usage reports the install process fails.

Following is the contents of the mcw.log file.  Any help gratefully received!
