FTP issue with CuteFTP and Citrix

I am able to connect with my pc to a certain ftp site and this log shows that the connection is successful but..
if I try the same setup on my Citrix session the connection fails.  Any ideas?   I am putting the log file from the pc and the Citrix session (if that helps)

PS - I was able to connect to other ftp sites in my Citrix session and it works fine.
