Hi all,

Error in event log:

"...However, the computer lost the correct security identifier (SID) when the domain was reconfigured. Reestablish the trust relationship.'

Whats the quickest and easiest way to re-establish the trust. Do i have to go through Network ID again?

    Accepted Solution

Is the computer a workstation?  If so then delete the computer account and then readd the workstation to the domain.

If not then need more information as to what trust needs to be established..

I'm assuming that this is SBS2000?  If so, just remove the workstation from the domain and re-add.
