PHP syntax semi-colon (easy)

Hi all,
Silly question really just can't figure out what exactly to write to order to put print a semi-colon between these two variables:
<?php echo $row_rsSubjects['s_subject_id']; ?><?php echo $row_rsSubjects['s_subject_name']; ?>

Thanks,
D

<?php echo $row_rsSubjects['s_subject_id']; ?>;<?php echo $row_rsSubjects['s_subject_name']; ?>

or

<?php echo $row_rsSubjects['s_subject_id'] . ';' ; ?><?php echo $row_rsSubjects['s_subject_name']; ?>

or
<?php echo "{$row_rsSubjects['s_subject_id']}; {$row_rsSubjects['s_subject_name']}"; ?>
or even
<?php printf("%s;%s", $row_rsSubjects['s_subject_id'], $row_rsSubjects['s_subject_name']); ?>
