Anyone know where I can get MBInfo and if it works on Exchange 2003?

I need to be able find out delegations and rights to mailboxes, folders, calanders, etc..  I have Exchange 2003 server.

I heard of the MBInfo utility, but don't know whre to find it or how to use it.

Can anyone help?
