I hope your day is going well.  We currently have Squid on Suse 9.0 Enterprise.  I am currently running Squid as proxy only.  I would like to do NTLM and basic authentication against the active directory.  I would also like for the user name to appear in the Squid log file for reporting that I generate with SARG.  Thank you so much for all your help.

Thank you so much for the reply.  I get to the point that I try wbinfo -u and I get the message error looking up domain users.

When I manually try the auth through NTLM it seems to work fine.  When I try to do it from the web browser, it keeps asking for username and password?

Thanks so much for your help.
