As for me, instead I can recommend backup soft that I use for about a half year called True Image. I can't dote upon it so far :)<br />

Acronis True Image is a really tried program. I've been using it for 3 years. It wonderfull carry out commitments.<br />

Thanks - I'm getting no help from Stompsoft support. For now i've uninstalled PCBackup and am trying the built in Win XP backup utility - so far it works fine, and is fast.
