How do I set Outlook to load up automatically when my computer just start up?

Hi..I have a relatively easy question. How do I set Outlook to load up automatically when my computer just start up? isit to configure at regedit?? pls list the steps..thank you!! ps: I am using Windows XP

The steps would be

Go to Start > Programs.  
Right click on Outlook shortcut and select Copy.
Click on Programs > Start Up and hightlight one of the startup programs.
Hit CTRL + V to paste the Outlook shortcut to the Startup folder.

Now when you reboot your computer, Outlook will start up.

Go to Start > Programs and copy the Outlook shortcut to the Startup folder.  Or you can create a shortcut of Outlook.exe from Outlook folder and copy to the Startup folder.
