We have Office 2003 installed (No Outlook as we use Lotus Notes)
The image used for each PC has Outlook Express completely removed (all *.dll files and reg entries removed that the uninstall leaves behind)
The send to: mail recipient option is disabled (grayed out)
Installing Outlook express doesn't resolve issue
Installing Outlook 2003 does resovle the issue
The problem we have is that we have 200 staff that want this facility and presently we need to manually install Outlook 2003 for each individual PC
Does anyone know what settings prevent the option in word to be disabled; and what settings in Outlook fix it?
