I have tried restoring files from a tape created in Arcserve 2000. I can identify a single file PICTURE.JPG which the arcserve database reports as 2.34MB. I have run the restore by seesion and arcserver reports that it has restored 2.34GB without error. However when I look at the restored file it has a size of 26kb. I have tried some of the options in Arcserve with rgard to restoring permissions and file versions but none of these seem to make any difference.<br />

Any help would be gratefully appreciated as this data belongs to a senior manager and is extremely urgent.<br />

Arcserve restore file sizes wrong and files corrupt
