I need to give the administrator full access to everones redirected my documents folders.  Currently they have exclusive rights to there own folder.  How can I accomplish this?  SBS2003.

How did you configure this to begin with?  Because the SBS My Documents Folder Redirection wizard does not restrict administrator access.  So I would suggest that you remove any policy you have configured for folder redirection and use the SBS wizard found in the Server Management Console > Users

I will have to double check on the way it was configured.  I will post back afterwards.
