Cant log on to php forum please help

Please help this is really annoying me.

I have setup an internal web server using server 2003 & http://www.apachefriends.org/ this is a simple way of installing
•      Apache 2.2.2
•      MySQL 5.0.21
•      PHP 5.1.4
•      phpMyAdmin 2.8.1
•      XAMPP Control Panel Version 2.3
•      FileZilla FTP Server 0.9.16c
I have then installed http://www.phpbb.com/ which is a php forum. If I logon to the site on the server it’s self then all works fine no problems at all. If I try to use the site from another PC on the network then the problems start I can access the site and view & post stuff as a guest (no logon) but if I try to logon, when I enter my user name and password I get page can not be displayed  it try to go to this page http://webserver/bbs/login.php

Please help
