How can I compile Planner on Mac OS 10.3.9

Can I install this software? If so, then how?
Who is Participating?
Installing the Mac OS X Developer Tools (XCode), places gcc in /usr/bin
so is /usr/bin on your search path [hard to imagine that it isn't].

no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH

I am getting this error, but I do have gcc installed!

did you?

What happens if you try to compile a trivial C program:

#include <stdio.h>
int main() { puts("Hello world"); return 0; }
