2003 Server Unexpected Improper Shutdown

I have several servers in different locations that I access remotely. My problem is that every once in a while the server shuts down unexpectantly and when it reboots you need to give a reason for the improper shutdown before it will restart. Because the server is running an application, this puts ther users of the application out of service until someone goes to the server physically and types a reason in. This can be a problem. Certainly I want to know about an unexpected shutdown in case there is a serious problem. I think I can look at the Event Logs to view this. But is there a way to bypass this improper shut down screen so that the server will restart without typing a reason for the improper shutdown ? thanks.
