Sharing Calendars Between Exchange Servers, when accessing them from OutLook 2003

I have 2 exchange servers, one in each site, and am experiencing difficulty accessing shared calendars across sites from Outlook 2003.  Within sites all shared calendars are accessible to users belonging to the group with the reviewer permission.

When logged on as Administrator, accessing calendars across sites is possible.  Therefore, I am leaning towards a permission problem; However, I have ensured that all domain users are members of the group with the reviewer permission.

Could anyone shed any light where I am failing in my Calendar sharing.

Many thanks

Eddie

Are these two sites have two different Active Directory Domains?

If Administrator can share calendars and the name and password are the same, it could be that Administrator is in both Exchange Groups.

Are the other people who are to share calendars in both Exchange Groups with the same passwords?

Single Domain / Two Sites

The administrator can access all shared calendars.

What I want to know is....
If you have a user named Joe, is Joe an exchange user at both sites, with the same password?

Does Joe come up on the Permissions list?

Did you try giving Joe All Rights to the shared Calendar?

When you say "Exchange User" - Do you refer to a user in AD?  My understanding is that Exchange just extends the AD schema, and there is no "Exchange User".   If you are  refering to Joe being a user in AD, then 'Yes', and he appears on the permission list.

My User Joe....

Joe is a user in AD, and his mailbox is located in Site A, however, he can not access shared calendars in Site B.  Joe is a member of a group with the reviewer permission on all calendars in AD.

Problem solved.  I was allocating permissions to Distribution Groups, not security Groups.  Glenn many thanks for pointing me back to my group membership.
