We have about 200 Exchange accounts with most of them forwarding to a home email account. I created multiple contact types and have the main account forwarding to the home account.

Question: Why do some (not all) of the contact types show up in the Global Address list?

    Accepted Solution

It is shown in GAL because you have not hidden them showing in GAL.

Go to contact ..Right Click Properties...Exchange Advanced..tick hide from Exchange Address List.It will hide the contacts from GAL.
