dns error 4014 2k3 sbs  - nslookup timesout but users can log on and apps work

I have a W2k3 SBS server that the DNS fails to respond for networks outside of its own.  It resolves fine for hosts that are in its network but will not resolve etc.  So the internet is down for my folks.

I'm getting errors 4015 in the DNS log.

I've check my forwarders and they seem fine.  I have it going to my ISP's DNS servers.  I've stopped and restarted DNS and rebooted the system but still cannot resolve names that aren't its own.  Any Ideas?

I fixed it.  My firewall prevented the dns from comming in.  I reset my firewall and it worked.  I still have those errors but it is all working now.
