Win2003 network: set IExplorer start page for every domain user ?

For a Win2003 domain, is it possible from the server to set the Internet Explorer start page for everyone to a page that we choose ?

    Hi raket,

    User Configuration->Windows Settings->Internet ExplorerMaintenance->URLs->Important URL's   in there you can change

    USER \Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Disable changing home page settings    there you disbale them changin it
