Firefox - Deleted Text Recovery

I have a problem with Firefox
My OS is Windows XP Pro SP2.

I've written something very long on a online forum and when I wanted to post it, I selected the whole message to copy it in Notepad. I've mistakenly hit the "paste" button instead of the copy button and my whole text was GONE. Being used with Internet Explorer in such situations, I hit the "back" button, in the idea that I will get my original text back, before I did the "paste" command. Firefox just shows me the previous URL I've browsed. Because I used "back", I can't do the "undo" command in Firefox.
Is there any way to retrieve the text information I've typed. It must be somewhere in the cache or the memory, right?

Thanks in advance,

No, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be anywhere retrievable.

The ONLY thing you could have possibly done is to do a CTRL-Z right after you accidentally deleted the text. Once you hit the back button, it's gone forever.
