compile firefox for cygwin

I would like to compile firefox on cygwin.

Has anybody any idea if this has been done?  If so can you supply a URL with instructions?

Um,  exactly why would you want to do that? Since you are running Cygwin, you are running windoze, which has this already.... native.... And any tool specific to Cygwin should be able to kick off Firefox too... So really, why (apart from the warm fuzzy feeling, that is:-)? "X purism" can't be it....;)

For compiling you need compiler.
Rest is parsing Makefiles in source tree by eyes and typing respective commands.
Chuckle.
