HTML Frames problem - who made the frame / margin

I am playing with frames and have setup a small test at http://www.boligeriudlandet.dk/. The code i pretty simple:

index.asp
-----------
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

<html>
<head>
      <title>Untitled</title>
</head>

<!-- frames -->
<frameset  cols="*,900,*">
    <frame name="left" src="left.asp" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" noresize="">
    <frame name="test" src="test.asp" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" scrolling="auto" frameborder="0" noresize="">
    <frame name="right" src="right.asp" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" noresize="">
</frameset>

</html>

left.asp
---------
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

<html>
<head>
      <title>Untitled</title>
</head>

<body bgcolor="#294b67" style="border-right: 1px solid #FF0000">

</body>
</html>

right.asp
------------

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

<html>
<head>
      <title>Untitled</title>
</head>

<body bgcolor="#294b67" style="border-left: 1px solid #FF0000">

right

</body>
</html>

and test.asp
-------------------
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

<html>
<head>
      <title>Untitled</title>
</head>

<body bgcolor="#3e6e94" style="margin: 0px;">

test

</body>
</html>

MY PROBLEM is as you can see from the URL above that a white border/margin appears next to my red border. I don't what that - where did it come from and how can I get rid of it????

My first guess would be to add margin:0;padding:0 to all three body tag styles.

I tried that - adding  style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" to alle three body tags is what's on the site now - no difference :(
