Sending copy of the Email to another address from Lotus 6.5

Hi,
I have a pocket PC which only supports OUTLOOK POP/IMAP unfortunately and I need to forward my office Emails to my pocket PC since it doesn't read the lotus emails from the server directly.
I have a personal POP account setup for my pocket PC to read the email through POP with GPRS.
But how do I send a copy of the Emails that I receive with Lotus to this account?  I still want to be able to access my Emails in the office, I do not want to ONLY forward to my pocket PC.
Can I set this on the server?  I do not want it to be a client rule where I must have my laptop connecting to the Lotus server.
How can I do that?
Thanks!

Enable a Rule. In you mail, at the left, under Tools, there is Rules. Create one, and select "send copy to" as action.

I tried this before, but it seems to be a client rule
Doesn't work when I took my laptop offline
It is a client rule, but it is executed by the server.

From the Help database:

Question: Why won't my mail rule run?
After you create a rule you must enable it before it can run. Open the Rules folder in the navigation pane, select your rule, and click "Enable Rule."
it is already enabled, so u said it is client rule and runs on server, so should that solve my problems?
so far it is not.
