change code on runtime

Basically what i want to do is this:

add a textbox and a button on a form

now type in the textbox >msgbox "hello"<
(without the > <)

now when pressing the button, the code in the textbox gets executed.

is there a native way of doing this?

(i am aware that i can hardcode all actions, or can use an ocx, i'm not looking for a solution like that)

Check out what dll the "Microsoft Script Control" references to in the Project References, and you will see that it's a dll that is available on all computers with IE and Office (among others).
In Windows 2003 Server it is not available if I remember correctly.
Notice that if you provide the dll along with your .exe (into the same folder), and ensure it get's registered, your project will work fine.
