Greetings, ARACK04 !

You need to make Internet Explorer the default browser.  Then links will open IE. In IE, go to Tools > Internet Options > Programs > Select "Internet Explorer should check whether it is default browser".  Click OK. Close IE. Reopen IE.

Best wishes!

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Options > Programs.  At the bottom, uncheck the option to check if IE is the default browser.  Close all browsers.

ARACK04,

My comment above is to check the option.  If the option is already checked, something is stuck.  Toogle the option. Uncheck the option. Click OK. Close IE. Open IE. Check the option. Click OK. Close IE. Open IE.
