If you have IIS with ASP

Use the CDO_NTS services...

Here is some sample coding for you...

Dim objCDO
Set objCDO = Server.CreateObject("CDONTS.NewMail")
objCDO.To = "you@me.com"
objCDO.From = "me@me.com"
objCDO.cc = "someonelikeme@me.com"
Dim txtSubject
txtSubject = "Test message"
objCDO.Subject = "this is ASP code email"
objCDO.Body = txtSubject

A commercial product is here

One thing to add here, if you are using ASP.NET, server nowadays do not allow you to specify a FROM address that is not a genuine registered email address on the server.   This is to stop you sending emails from 'fake' addresses.   Therefore be sure to check what the options are from your web host before you start to write your code.
Try this site. It does all the work for you.

Or you can download any one of a number of extensions from the Exchange that will help you do this.
