datagridview combobox  adding  values to  datagirdview combo box in .Net 2005

I have a  datagridview in  my form.. I use .Net 2005.. I can't add values to gridcombo box programaticaly..

    this.ComboBoxColumn.Items.Add("Abc");  //ComboBoxColumn is ColumnName

    Yes I could do it.. Can u tell me how to get a selected value from that combox to a textbox  for a click event..
     It will be kind of  u to tell me how to handle checkbox in datagridview..
