delphi program to check new orders evry few hours
We are looking for a program in delphi
which sees that a new order is in the "new order" folder and then starts the "Import Order" procedure that . Can this be done in Delphi ? We want this to be as simple as possible for our programmers.
when we receive new order, we need to post the Order Acknowledgement on a Website. Eventually we will send e-mail notifications, but for our first round we just need to post the Acknowledgements to the broker’s web site.

If you can provide more information about the problem maybe we can help? I assume every time an order is placed, the order details are written into a directory into say a text file?
