I can not send mail to Hotmail domain using the GFI MailSecuirity

Hi, I am using Excgange Server 2003 and Windows 2003. Recenly I have installed the GFI MailSecuirity gateway to scan  all inbound and outbound mail for virus and content cheking. Its working fine, I can send mails to all the domain except Hotmail and MSN. Please tell me how I can send mails to Hotmail and MSN using Mail Essential.

Mail Essentials or Mail Security?

Do the messages sit in the queues?
What is the NDR message that you receive back?

If the message isn't in the queue, then it has been delivered by the Exchange server.
Message tracking will confirm that.
If this is a new server, or hasn't been setup correctly then the message may have been flagged as spam.

Do you have Symantec Corp installed on the exchange box?

If yes then disable the feature called "internet email auto protect"

Restart SMTP service and send email to hotmail or MSN account.
