how to setup a pix 515e to use a ntp server

I am running a windows 2000 network with a pix 515e firewall.  I just realized my firewall had the wrong time and it messed  up the syslog report tool I use.  How do I config the pix to use a NTP time provider.  I can use either external or internal.  External preferred so when I change my server in a few months I do not have to worry to remember to go to the pix and change.
